Why it Matters
You’ve built an impressive career being the go-to problem solver. But lately, the skills that made you an elite individual contributor aren’t working anymore.
- You’re spending more time in endless alignment meetings than writing code or analyzing data.
- You feel like an imposter because you can’t oversee every technical detail anymore.
- You’re struggling to translate complex technical realities to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- You feel stuck between trying to micromanage the output and feeling completely out of the loop.
This isn’t a lack of talent. It’s a transition gap.
Who is it For?
This experience is designed for you if:
- You are an engineer or project manager promoted into leadership
- You are strong technically but struggle with leading people
- You find stakeholder communication challenging
- You feel confident in execution but not in influence
- You want to grow into a respected leader in your field

Leadership Coach & Transformation Strategist

Hi, I’m Lilian,
I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 12 years of experience leading complex engineering and construction projects.
My background in civil engineering, combined with hands-on leadership across multi-million-dollar projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Retail, has given me deep insight into what it takes to lead in technical environments.
I have experienced first-hand what it means to move from technical delivery into leadership responsibility—where success depends less on what you know and more on how you lead people, communicate decisions, and influence outcomes.
Today, I use both my project leadership experience and coaching training to support technical professionals in developing the confidence and capability to lead effectively.
