I work with engineers and project managers who are highly capable in their technical work—but find that leadership, influence, and communication require a very different kind of skill.

My focus is simple:

Helping you move from technical execution to confident leadership.

But I didn’t always think of myself this way.

For years, I was the person everyone relied on — high achiever, competent, organized, respected. On the outside, things worked. But underneath, I knew there was a gap between being good at execution and being confident in leadership.

I could deliver results, but leading people, influencing decisions, and stepping into leadership presence was something I had to learn through experience.

So I learned it — and used it.

Today, I help engineers and project managers make that same transition: from strong technical performers to confident, effective leaders who can guide teams, influence stakeholders, and lead complex work with clarity.
